REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, resizing, damage, odor, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
Moissanite House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email contact@moissanitehouse.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection & Restocking
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Moissanite House reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for returns that meet eligibility requirements but require additional processing.
If a returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photo or video evidence is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Modified or resized items
Refund Timing
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Banks may take additional time to post funds.
